The Queen of Hearts Ball is a unique charity event being organizing on the behalf of the Central City AIDS Network (also known as RBC).
The RBC assists or fully houses 396 individuals each year. Their services cover a broad spectrum of direct client services. In addition to housing assistance, the agency offers psychosocial support groups, individual counseling, and residential substance abuse treatment. It offers legal help, family reunification services, a food pantry, transportation, nutritional supplements, clothing, and furniture. For the community, it provides education about HIV/AIDS and operates a mobile testing unit.
